Samsung's latest smartphone in India, the Galaxy F22, is set to launch on July 6.
T(caps)he Indian launch of the Samsung Galaxy F22 smartphone will take place on July 6 at 12 noon. The launch date of this smartphone has been spotted on Flipkart, so there is no doubt that the upcoming Samsung smartphone will be available for purchase via Flipkart.
A dedicated microsite has also been developed for Flipkart. It confirms some key features of the smartphone and also shows how the design will look.
According to the Flipkart page, the upcoming new Galaxy F-Series smartphone will feature a 90Hz display, 6,000mAh battery and 48MP quad cameras. In terms of design, the Samsung Galaxy F22 will be similar to the Galaxy A22 launched in India last week. That means it comes with an Infiniti-U display and a square-shaped rear camera system, as well as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Flipkart listing shows the Galaxy F22 in black, but we can expect some more color options during the launch. The Samsung Galaxy F22 features a 6.4-inch HD Samolet display. Its screen supports 90 Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling experience. The rear camera system offers the Drew 48MP main camera. It is all compatible with the Galaxy A22 smartphone. However, the battery in the Galaxy F22 is a slightly larger battery (6,000 mAh) unit compared to the 5,000 mAh battery in the A22.
Flipkart has not yet confirmed the chipset, but MediaTek revealed the Helio G80 when it was found on the Google Play console.
This smartphone is expected to come with 4GB RAM and Android 11.
