Nowadays OPPO Reno series Battery & Charging have making such a great innovation and it is the major key reason for OPPO success. while OPPO launch each devices, it brings some new fast charging innovations. This is not a final output of the device. This is just from the paper work from various source. Today we will be exploring in Battery & Charging review of OPPO Reno 6 Series.
Note: Still this is not an unboxing or hands-on review. This review is totally from paper work. Changes might be occur after the launch.
Battery:
As we have a very heavy performing processor which is on OPPO Reno 6 Pro+ we have Snapdragon 870 SoC, on OPPO Reno 6 Pro we have MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC and on OPPO Reno 6 we have Snapdragon 768G chipset as per the source. Not only the processor we have heavy ram variants and as it is a 5G device with various bands too it consumes more power.
So it should be planned a heaver battery like OPPO Reno 5 Pro right? Yes same we have 4500 mAh where we are using on lot of OPPO Devices. It is more than enough to be used. To be honest I have OPPO Reno 4 Pro where it has same mAh I do charge my device every night (duration is about full night (I enable optimize night charge mode) in it) So I usally charge 24 hours once that's it. This is only during this pandemic period. So OPPO Reno 6 Series have powered with 4500 mAh which is good though.
Charge:
As per the source it is said that the 4500 mAh is powered by 65W supervooc technology 2.0 or later. Where it takes 36 minutes to full charge from 0% to 100%. That's amazing right? Cut down on charging time with our industry-leading 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 or later Flash Charging. Charge 30%+ during your 5-minute meeting break, 49% during a 10-minute power nap, or 100% in just 36 minutes².

Optimized Night Charging on Reno 6 Series:
As OPPO Reno 6 Series comes with ColorOS 11 series, we can easily optimize night charging. To optimize night charging follow the steps:
Go to Settings> Battery.
Tap on More battery settings.
Enable Optimized Overnight/ Night Charging
It reduces battery aging by avoiding overcharging at night.
